Development Team

We are a commercial real estate investment company based in Denver, Colorado.  Since our initial project in 2006, LDL (LDL) acquires and develops real estate opportunities in the Colorado region. Our Managing Partner and brings 17 years of real estate experience to each deal and usually participates in excess of 50% equity. Due to that participation, painstaking due diligence is completed on every transaction.
